I have never previously written a review for a product I have bought before, but the NO PAIN NO STRAIN SALVE I bought from Carol at the Farmers Market is worth writing about. I have been dealing with erratic knee pan for several years now. I have tried everything to ease my random pains but could not find anything that worked. I tried icing, heat therapy, and stretching out with a foam roller. I was talking with Carol one day and she suggested the NO PAIN NO STRAIN SALVE. Almost immediately after I rub in a small dab onto my knees, I am pain free. I enjoy the smell of the natural cream as well. I work outdoors and knee pain comes and goes. WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN! IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR SYMPTOMS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
