Shipping and Policies

Shipping:

• Our shipping policy is that orders are to be shipped with USPS, generally within a week of being received.
• We fill orders on a first come, first serve basis, unless there is an issue concerning production, ingredients or packaging that requires a different aproach.
• If it’s urgent, please send an email and we’ll do our best to expedite your order.

Policies:

• Inform and empower yourself by learning about the products and ingredients you use on your body, and choose those that enhance your balance.
• Consult your healthcare practitioner when appropriate.

• If there’s an issue with your order, return it, and we’ll exchange it for something else.
